Fir ression (Spri klerl System - An approved automatic suppression system shall <br />be provided as required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett <br />Municipal Code. <br />Plans for any such system shall be submitted to the Building Department and the <br />Everett Fire Department for examination and approval. A Fire Department permit is required for <br />high-piled storage. <br />35. Trash Collection - Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum <br />of 5 feet from the building [UFC 1103.2.2, 1994 Edition]. <br />36. The Washingron State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br />reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust.
