23. Ac�,eS,Y - The Unifortn Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department access roads (Fire ! anes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobswcted, all-season driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be posted and maintained as required by the Fire Department. 24.
