This report presents the <br />results of a�eview of our previous work, a site reconnaissance and additianal engineering <br />analyses. The purpose of this study is to provide specific geatechnical recommendations <br />for Lots 1 and 2. <br />. >. �: . .� <br />At the time aur study was performed, the site and proposed building locations were <br />approximateiy as shown on the attached Site Plan, Plate,l. <br />We understand it is planned to develop the site with two warehouse buildings. The <br />buildings are identified as Buildings B and C and will have footprints of 110,400 square <br />feet and 118,400 square feet, respectively. The proposed buildings will be o�e high-bay <br />story in height and wilt be of concrete tiit-up panel construction with slab-on-grade floors. <br />Dock wells are planned on one side of each building. <br />Based on our experience with simiiar projects, we anticipate wall loads will be in the range <br />of three (3) to four (4) kips per lineal foot, column loads in the range of one hundred (100) <br />to one hundred twenty (120) kips, and siab-on-grade floor loads of two hundred fifty <br />(250) pounds per square foot. <br />i6G5 � 1361h P!ac? ?J.E..
