The plan would clear and grade the area south of the building. <br />Clearing limits along thc buffer will not change. The proposed finish floor elevation was raised 0.8 feet to <br />balance the earthwork. I discussed this plan with Gary and Liz this moming at the pre-construction meeHng. <br />They did not see any problem with this alternative. <br />Please review the plan and contact me if you have questions. George Shenvin should know if the buyer wants to <br />grade the area south of the building by Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
