MITIGATED <br />DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA #13-96 <br />COMMUNITY TRANSIT NORTH BASE FACILITY <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of Public Works and <br />Building Permits for the construction of a bus operation and maintenance facility on parcels I & 2 <br />of the Seaway Center Business Park. The proposed project will include a 70,200 square foot bus <br />maintenance and office building with a 6,550 square foot storage mezzanine; a bus wash and <br />chassis wash facility (5,125 SF); a fueling vacuum and vault facility (4,150 SF) and approximately <br />382 employee/visitor parking stalls and 420 bus parking stalls.
