2. The fee per the Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance is $26,014.50. This fee must be paid <br />prior to issuance of building permits. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />Detention of stormwater runoff is required per City standards. At this time, 4.43 acre-feet <br />of detention storage in the regional stormwater facility at Hardeson and Merrill Creek <br />Parkway is available for this project and those adjacent properties originally involved in <br />the Seaway Center Business Park Binding Site Plan (SEPA #30-90). Any stormwater <br />detention requirements in excess of 4.43 acre-feet (cumulative among the remaining <br />undeveloped properties) must be provided on -site. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities <br />Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant <br />adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br />RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and City <br />ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br />improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is <br />available to the public on request. This Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance is <br />specifically conditioned on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br />by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency w+ll not act on this proposal for 15 <br />days from the date below.
