Once occupied, this worksite may be subject to the City of Everett Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Ordinance which affects employers who have 100 or more full-time employees reporting to a single worksite between 6:00 am - 9:00 am at least two days per week. The future empl,)yer (Community Transit) of this facility should contact Graham Anderson of the City's Transportation Services Department at (206) 259-9836 prior to occupancy so that the employer's status with respect to the CTR Ordinance can be determined. 25. The subject property is served by Everett Transit. To encourage transit use, Transportation Services recommends that the developer provide the following transit support facilities: a bus shelter, bench and concrete pad to City standards and specifications. The developer should contact George Baxter, Transit Operations Manager, at (206) 259-8803 prior to preparation of detailed design drawings to coordinate location and installation requirements. 26. Acc - The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department access roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, all -season driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be posted and maintained as required by the Fire Department. 27. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. 28. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire -fighting purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or require a key box to be installed in an accessible location. Fire lanes must be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOW AWAY ZONE." Location must be approved by the Fire Marshal. 30. Premise Identification - The premises must be clearly identified by address at the street entry. Each building must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Each suite must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. 31. Hydrants - Three (3) available hydrants are required for the main building. They shall be located within 200 driving feet but no closer than 50 feet of every structure. Location of hydrants shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. 32. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every structure. Location of the hydrant(s) shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. 33. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION.
