This determination is dependent upon compliance with the SW Everett Subarea Plan Mitigation Ikcision Document and all local, state, and federal regulations related to general environmental protection including, but not limited to, right-of-way improvement requinments, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency.
