PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE HYDRANTS AND <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS MUST BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO <br />COMMENCEA�NT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br />27. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br />reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during <br />construction acdvities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br />exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site, and installing and <br />maintaining gravel consavction entrances. Conswction vehicle track-out is also a <br />major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br />Departmant of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollction Conaol Agency. <br />28. No additional driveway accesses are permitted to this site. <br />29. The Snohomish Counry PUD cunently has sufficient capaciry to serve the proposed <br />development.
