Mining was pecmitted by the Depanment <br />of Namral Resources under Surface Mining Pertnit No. 10244. <br />Exhibits: <br />�. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Previous City decisions on thc property approved the croation of lot lines, a <br />relocation of Merrill and Ring Cicci: along Hardeson Road, slope remediation <br />of mined slopes along the westem portion of the site, and a landscape <br />modification for interior lot lines (BSP M1-90 and SEPA N13-90). In addition, <br />SEPA q13-96 approved the construction of the Community Transit bus <br />operations and maintenance base on the site. 17tat facility has been <br />constructed.
