The <br />CT proposa� would have much greater sstbacks that required for other uses in the M-2 zone. <br />The Merrill Creek stream and buffer ptovide significant utback and screening from Hardeson <br />Road. The steep slope on the westem portion of the property provides a significant setback from <br />properties to the west. The building would be utback more than 180 feet from the property to <br />the south. <br />C1' may propose construction of a day care site in the fucure. That building would be required to <br />meet setbacks estabiished in the Zoning Code. <br />Conelucioas: The proposed setbacks for the CT administrative offices are adequace.
