32. Fire lanes must be pmvided as reGuired in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall <br />be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and <br />vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIItE LANE - TOW AWAY ZONE." Location <br />shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />33. Premise Identification - Premises shall be cleazly identified by address at the street entry. <br />Each building must be c!eazly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br />Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be cleazly and legibly identified <br />from the access road. <br />34. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured <br />openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fighting pu�poses, <br />the Fire Department may recommend or require a key box to be mstalled in an accessible <br />location. Hi�h-Piled StoraRe — Buildings containing high-piled combustible storage shall be in <br />accordance with ARicle Slof the 1994 Uniform Fire Code and Articles 81-1 and 81-2 of the <br />1994 Uniform Fire Code Standuds. A Fire Department permit is required for high-piled <br />storage. <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this area. To initiate new service orders, <br />please contact Puget Sound Energy at I-888-Call PSE (225-5773) at least three months <br />prior to the required in-service da'te. <br />Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole <br />expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. If road or theor improvements required by <br />this development could cause potential utility relocations, please contact Elaine Babby at <br />(206) 224-2018 to coordinate relocation requests. <br />2. The Snoliomish County PUD currently has sufficient electric system capacity to serve the <br />proposed development. However, the existing District facilities in the local azea may <br />require upgrading.
