T-,.- <br />.� . .... <br />d. Prior to issuance of any pemtits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and approved by <br />the Planning Depaztment per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping <br />plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, wetponds, <br />detention ponds, mckeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2 foot intervals. <br />Iirigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the <br />Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must be provided for the <br />landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br />26. Access is O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br />27. Based upon 31,320 squaze feet of Type V-N, sprinklered construction, the fire flow <br />requirement is 2,375 GPM. <br />28. Hvdrants - Three (3) available hydrants aze required. They shall be located within 200 <br />driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every shucture. The location of the hydrant <br />must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />29. Fire Suppression (Sprinklerl Svstem - An approved automatic suppression system shall be <br />provided as required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett <br />Municipal Code. <br />Plans for any such system shall be submitted to the Building Department and the Everett <br />Fire Department for examination and approval. Such plans shall include plans for the <br />underground mains that will supply the sprinkler system. <br />Above ground sprinkler piping must be hydrostatically tested as establishe3 in NFPA <br />Standazd 13. Underground piping must be hydrostatically tested and flushed as established <br />in NFPS Standard 24 for private fire mains. All such tests must be wimessed by a Fire <br />Department inspector. Ca11259-8710 to make an appointment for inspection. <br />Contractors' materials and test certificates must be submitted to the Everett Fire Department <br />prior to issuance of any Certificates of Occupancy. <br />Call 257-8123 for more information. <br />30. Fire Alarm Svstem — An approved automatic fire detection system shxll be provided as <br />required by City Ordinance N. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76 of the E�•erett Municipal Code. <br />Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for revieew and approval prior <br />to installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. <br />Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be performed, along <br />with a certificate of completion prior to final acceptance of the system. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 77. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be instafled under permit of the City of Everett Buifding <br />Department. Efectrical inspection and approval are reyuired prior to calling for acceptance <br />tests.
