The project is located within the boundaries of the Southwest Everett Subazea Plan. <br />. The zomng designation of the property upon which the project is proposed is consistent with <br />those designations analyzed in the Southwest EveretUPazne Field Subazea Plan and EIS, <br />December 1996. <br />• The proposed use is consistent with the uses and intensities allowed in the City's <br />development regulations and is listed as a use analyzed in the final EIS, Tables 3.1-1 and 3.1- <br />2. <br />. The project is a use that implements the Subazea Plan and the project's significant <br />environmental impacts have been adequately addressed in the SW EveretUPaine Field <br />Subarea Plan EIS. <br />. The project's significant adverse environmental impacts will be mitigated through the <br />applicat�on of the mitigation decision document. These mitigation measures, along with <br />other City requirements and conditions, constitute sufficient mitigation for the significant <br />environmental impacts associated with the proposed project. <br />.
