All appeals of decisions relating to Binding Site Plan shall be rc�'3de to the Hearing Examiner. Such appeals <br />must be made in writing and filed with the oKce of the Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days <br />from the date on which the preliminary decision was rendered. <br />The written appeal shall include a detailed explanation stating the reason for the appeal.
