The <br />balance of the site would be retained by Rinker Materials, except <br />that a 30-acre portion of the site will eventually be dedicated to the <br />City for municipal purposes. Streets: The site is surrounded by arterial streets. Lots within the Binding <br />Sile Plan will be served by Hardeson Road, Sievers Duecy Blvd, <br />or from new internal roads, which have been approved prewously. <br />D. Utilities: Sewer, water, electricity and gas are available to the site. <br />EMC TITLE 18 (ORD. #2328-98 and 2718-03) REQUIRES THAT BINDING SITE PLANS AND <br />SITE PLAN APPROVAL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE FOLLOWING; <br />18.28.020. - General Evaluation Criteria for Bindinq Site Plan and Site Plan Aaproval <br />An application that complies with all of the following general evaluation criteria listed below, the <br />requiremen!s of this Ordinance: and applicable City Standards shall be approved.
