We have cxcluded all of the built-in countcrs from the net area of thc dining room for the purpose of the occupant load calculation. Per our conversation with you we also excludcd the scrvice area betwcen the counters in thc northwest corner of thc dining room from the occupant load calculation. Afler making ihese changes, the net area of Ihe dining room is now 726 sq. fi. Given an occupant load factor of I5, thc occupant load of thc dining room is now 726 / I 5= 48. The "Occupnnt Load / Exiting Diagram" on shect AI has been rcviscd to reOcet these changcs, No fixed seating is proposed. The plans show 31 seats, nll movable fumiture. No fixed seating is proposed. As you r�ucstcd, 1 havc providod a supplcmcn[al plan showing what thc spacc would look like with swting for 49. Tlic plan with 49 seats is for rcference only and is attached to this Ictter.
