Stormwater calculations for the 2, 10, 100 and WO events were determined with
Waterworks software for the estimated ultimate development, and the results are
included in this report. Estimated detention requirements for the ultimate
development are 82,193 CF.
For the ultimate buildout, the R1 retail area will need to provide water quality
treatment in accordance with City of Everett standards to mitigate the effects of
the short-circuiting of the water quality cell from the R1 area runoff. In addition,
the commercial areas south of the pond, when fully developed, must provide
either a minimally sized wetvault per section 3-3.6.1 of the City of Everett
stormwater manual, design criteria #3, or some other DOE approved sediment
removal device to mitigate for the lack of access to the open water cell.
See calculations attached to this
determination of upstream off -site flow
determination of channel velocity.
report for waterworks calculations,
conveyance calculations and channel
The NDPES Construction Permit for this project is included in the attachments.
The construction plans also have attached the final wetland mitigation plan for
this project by Wetland Resources (2 Sheets).
Please contact me at 360-657-4709 if you have any questions
Sincerely,
Ernest L.
