P7"'L DECLARATION OF NON-SIGtiIFICANCE <br />16. Off street loading and unloading bertlu must be provided i� compliance with Section 19.40.070 <br />of the Zoning Code, and hours of loading and unloading activities shall be limited to 7:00 A. M. <br />to 6:00 P. M. if the more restrictive requirements of�the State and Local noise codes can not <br />be met. <br />17. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, <br />landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, an�' all required improvements to the public <br />righi-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any <br />permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is <br />issued. • . <br />As-builts, easement, and a one year Warrantee Bond in the amount of 1090 of the cost of <br />construction of the public water system are required within 10 working days of obtaining public <br />water connection. <br />18.
