9. A pre-plan submittal meeting is required on the civil engineering portion of this project. Such <br />meeting is to be arranged by the applicant and will include applicant s design engineers and <br />architects, project coordinator, representatives from City Planning staif, Don Czerwinski of <br />the Public Works staff, and th?
