RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a l�legative Declaration be subject to the following: 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. As-builts, easement, and a c^e year Warrantee Bond in the amount of 10% of the cost of construction of the public water system are required within 10 working days of obtaining public water connection. 2. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works DepartmenL Participation in the cost to fund the lift station and Sewer Interceptor in the South Everett area is required. On-site detention is required. A temporary erosion and sedimentation control plan must be approved by the Public Norks Department before any clearing, grading or other site preparation can begin. Drainage calculations to be submitted on City Drainage Plan submission form. Reseeding of eaposed earth is required wiiliin 30 days of completion of earth worl<. To minimize erosion, paving should follow clearing and grading activities as quickly as possible. If this lag time is greater than 30 days, the exposed soils miist be hydroseeded.
