A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all required <br />improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval <br />of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements <br />shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />As-builts, easement, and a c^e year Warrantee Bond in the amount of 10% of <br />the cost of construction of the public water system are required within 10 working <br />days of obtaining public water connection. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />S. <br />During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of <br />Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works <br />DepartmenL <br />Participation in the cost to fund the lift station and Sewer Interceptor in the <br />South Everett area is required. <br />On-site detention is required. A temporary erosion and sedimentation control <br />plan must be approved by the Public Norks Department before any clearing, <br />grading or other site preparation can begin. Drainage calculations to be submitted <br />on City Drainage Plan submission form. Reseeding of eaposed earth is required <br />wiiliin 30 days of completion of earth worl<. To minimize erosion, paving should <br />follow clearing and grading activities as quickly as possible. If this lag time <br />is greater than 30 days, the exposed soils miist be hydroseeded. <br />A grading plan is required,including elevations and .. �ss sections of internal <br />traffic circulation, stripping requirements and method of compaction of fill <br />material.
