Iioss advised us that their firm was not authorized by you to periorm special inspections and tests as set forth in the Uniform ;;uilding Code, Section 306 (a), and consequently, was not obliglted to notif,y the Building Department o� any deviations from the approved plans or of any code violations that were noted. Under the circumstances, it is our contention that the burden of proof of Buildin� Code compliance is upon you as the permit holder.
