Callahan
Building Director
Subject: Seaprop Industrial Project
7720 Hardeson Road
Iiverett, Washington
Dear PSr. Callahan:
At our meeting at the job site, you expressed reservations about continved
roof construction bearing on the ti1C-up wall panels on grid 7. The concrete
closure pilasters between the panels have not yet been cast. As stated in
our phone conversation today, we see no reason tor waiting until the closures
are poured to proceed with roof construction. In fact, roof construction is
desirable since the roof will provide bracing for the tops of the wall panels.
The additional loads on these panels are very light compared to the weight of
the panels themselves. The base of the 5-1/2" section of the panels is
adequately laterally supported by the 10" retaining wall section below and
its pilasters and tie hacks.
If you have LurCler quesCions or comments, please Leel Lree tu conl'act us.
Sincerely,
BALLINGER, SffITH & CARSON
/ C /\ T
 ''•il < ( v'\-3LCl.%""
Theodore G.
