13. The Applicant shall send written notice to the State Liquor Control <br />Board indicating to the Board that there is no objection to the issuance <br />of any liquor license because of proximity of a proposed liquor sales use <br />to the church. Any successors to the Applicant who conduct religious <br />services at the site shall be bound by this requirement. <br />AND, BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be <br />transmitted to the applicant. <br />DATE: January 12, 1983 _%.� <br />William E.
