Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and ; <br />Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public.._ <br />1�rr Works Department showing site parking layout, tl <br />L� landscaping, utilities, storm drainage and temporary <br />construction erosion control.. Public Works Department <br />approval of these drawings is required prior to any <br />permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br />completed, approved and warranted before the occupancy <br />Permit is issued. <br />3. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at <br />t all times during construction. Dust suppression and <br />street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public 9 <br />Works Inspector. <br />4 <br />4. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be <br />provided per Section 38.080 of the Zoning Code. <br />5. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water <br />systems in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are <br />applicable. The actual cost shall be computed by the <br />Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the <br />time and according to the information on the approved <br />plans on the date of permit issuance. <br />C6. A backwater valve must be installed on the side sewer. <br />7. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced <br />per the City Public Works Inspector. <br />8. Parking space configuration and number must be per City <br />Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards. <br />For the nine dwelling units proposed, 18 parking spaces <br />i are required. <br />9. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but <br />not closer than 50 feet. The existing hydrant at the <br />intersection of Everett & Harrison is within the requirec <br />distance and will provide the needed fire flow. <br />I <br />10. A fire alarm system is not required by the Uniform codes, <br />but is highly recommended by the Fire Department. <br />11. The proper address rust be prominently posted on or near <br />the building in a ,anner that is clearly visible and <br />legible from the street. Each apartment must be clearly <br />identified so as to be visible upon approach. <br />12. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning; therefore, <br />outdoor burning for the purpose of disposing of <br />construction debris or rubbish will not be permitted. <br />3 <br />
