i I <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT: <br /> 1. Effective July 1, 2002, a special fare media, SNOCO PASS, shall be made <br /> available for sale to pre-qualified Snohomish County Employees parking <br /> at Everett Station. <br /> 2. The SNOCO PASS will be valid Monday through Friday on Everett <br /> Transit Routes 4, 5 and 20 only. The SNOCO PASS has no cash value <br /> towards full or partial payment on any other bus routes. <br /> 3. The SNOCO PASS shall be sold for $10.00 per month to pre-qualified <br /> Snohomish County employees. (Example of the SNOCO PASS is <br /> attached in Exhibit A). The cost of the PASS may be adjusted or changed <br /> by the City Council from time to time as part of a general fare adjustment <br /> or by action related specifically to the SNOCO PASS. <br /> 4.
