e. <br /> The City Council approves the design changes in the Special Events Center previously <br /> authorized by the City Council and those recommended by the Council Liaison <br /> Committee and City Administration including additional exterior and façade treatment, <br /> finish and design enhancements and site enhancements; approves inclusion of the City <br /> Public Space of approximately 50,000 square feet in the Special Events Center; approves <br /> a funding plan for these enhancements in an amount not to exceed fifteen million dollars <br /> including interior finishes and improvements, furniture, fixtures and equipment for the <br /> City Public Space; and further approves the inclusion of such design changes in the <br /> contract between the Everett Public Facilities District and PCL. <br /> The City Council authorizes the City Administration and the City Attorney's Office to <br /> negotiate and execute an agreement with the Everett Public Facilities District in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this Resolution. <br /> The City Council approves the use of the City's admission tax revenues from the Special <br /> Events Center for these purposes. <br /> City reserves the right to maintain ownership and control of the City Public Space. <br /> Counci i rson Introdu g Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 12th DAY OF JUNE 2002. <br /> Council President <br /> 3 <br />
