Category C. FAST Corridor Program Projects <br /> Priority 1: 41st Street Overcrossing/Lowell Neighborhood Bypass <br /> Phase 1 is constructing an overcrossing of the BNSF mainline to allow closure of the <br /> 36th Street at-grade rail crossing. Phase 2 would construct Lowell Neighborhood <br /> Bypass to connect Lowell River Road to the 41st Street Overcrossing and allow <br /> closure of the Lenora Street at-grade rail crossing. The overcrossing is fully funded. <br /> Funding proposed would complete construction of the Lowell Neighborhood Bypass <br /> project. (Estimated Cost: $7,300,000; Funding Proposed: $3,000,000) <br /> Priority 2: East Everett Avenue Overcrossing. Project would extend Everett Avenue <br /> east from East Grand Avenue to Railway Avenue with an overcrossing of the BNSF <br /> Canadian Line, to allow the closure of the existing at-grade rail crossing at Railway <br /> Avenue. Funding proposed is for design and construction. (Estimated Cost: <br /> $10,000,000; Funding Proposed: $7,000,000) <br /> TOTAL FAST CORRIDOR PROJECTS: $10,000,000 <br /> Category D. NON-HSS Route <br /> Priority 1: 4th Ave W, 112 to Everett Mall Way <br /> This project would widen 4th Avenue West from 2 lanes to 5 lanes with curbs, gutters, <br /> sidewalks and bike lanes to match the existing improvements south of 112th Street and <br /> north of Everett Mall Way. Funding proposed is for design, right-of-way and <br /> construction. (Estimated Cost: $6,000,000; Funding Proposed: $4,000,000) <br /> TOTAL NON-HSS ROUTE PROJECTS: $4,000,000 <br /> 3 <br />
