The Six Million Dollars worth of improvements may be paid for through the issuance of <br /> Limited General Obligation Bonds in the amount of Five Millions Dollars ($5,000,000), <br /> wherein the City would annually include in its budget an amount sufficient, together with <br /> all other money legally available for such purpose, to pay the principal of and interest on <br /> the bonds as the same become due.
