WHEREAS, in order to provided adequate time to provide proper notice, the hearing <br /> needs to be reset; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that Resolution No. 5125 setting December 12th, 2001 at 8:30A.M. is hereby <br /> repealed; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing be set for January 2nd, 2002 at <br /> 8:30A.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider <br /> the proposed vacation of the aforesaid rights-of-way, as herein described. <br /> — -,,,r <br /> Councilperso ntroducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of December, 2001 . <br /> Council President <br /> 2 <br />
