It is our opinion that the risk of damages <br /> to the proposed dcvelopment and from the development to adjacent properties due to soil <br /> instability should be minimal. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> This report has bcen preparcd for the specific application to the subject project for the exclusive <br /> use by the Mc Scou Anderson and his associates, consultants, and contractors. We recommend <br /> that this report, in its entirety, be included in the project contract documents for the infortnation <br /> of the prospective contractors for their estimating and bidding purposes and for compliance with <br /> the recommendations in this report during construction. The conclusions and intetpretations in <br /> this report, however, should not bc construed as a warranry of the subsurface cunditions. The <br /> scope of this study does not include scrvices related to conswction safety precautions and our <br /> recommendations are not intended to direct the contractors methods, techniques, sequences or <br /> procedurcs, exccpt as spccifically describcd in this repoR for design considerations. <br /> Our rccommcndations and conclusions are based on geologic and soil conditions indicated on the <br /> abovc-referenccd gcologic map and our ground probing results of the site, our engineering <br /> analyses, and our e�perience and cngineering judgment. The conclusions and recommendations <br /> are professional opinions dcrived in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily <br /> exercised by other members of the profession currently practicing under similar conditions in this <br /> arca. No warranty, expressed or implicd, is made. <br /> 1'he actual subsivface conditions encountered during construction may vary from those <br /> encountercd in the test pits. The nature and extent of such variations may not become evident <br /> until construction starts. If variations occur then, we should be retained to re-evaluate the <br /> LIU & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />
