Additional revisions or addii�ons may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning, Pubiic Works, or Fire). <br />Tn order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two sets of revisions (and one r�ew set of 11” by 14" plans) refecting the <br />corrections requested. Please prepare a response letter showing where each item in this <br />correction lefter is addressed on the plan set. <br />Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will <br />recommence. <br />General <br />i/ t. Finished floor elevations and roof heights, referenced to the finished grade site <br />elevations, should be shown on the building drawings, referencing the final grading <br />plans. The site plan and building plans are inconsistent, and both are missing required <br />building elemenLs. The Public Works permit has not ycl been submilled. <br />a. The final graded site slope and dimensions for paving, building �ntrancPs, stairs, <br />and access from the alley parking should be shown consistently on the drawings. <br />�2l Please revise the architeclural plan drawinSs to show the same buildings as the sile <br />plan. The unit references on the plans (A through D) should also be shown consislently. <br />,/3. Please revise lhe archieectural plan drawings to show lhe revised location of the <br />buildings on thc lot. All drawings shall be drawn to scale. <br />fi: The building code references and reGuirements for Units C and D(I[3C/IMC) are missing <br />(rom the submittaL The only references shown are for Units A and B(IRC). <br />a. Fach set of plans and details should show specific requiremenis for minimum <br />code compliance for eithe�the IOC or IRC. <br />b.
