Mr. Campbell's <br />assistance has been requested to resolve this issue. <br />/� Please indicate the lower framing plan for Units A and B on the drawings. <br />/ <br />Occupancy <br />�Please update the code analysis to identify the IBC occupancy of R-3 for the mixed-use <br />garege in the building containing Units C and D, to include the calculations for occupant <br />load, construction type, reference building and mechanical codes, and requirement for <br />NFPA-13R �prinklers. <br />a. The garage level should show the unit assignments for parking. <br />Construction <br />�5. One hour fire resistant walls should be shown on the drawings at the exterior walis <br />adjacent to the property �ine for Units C and D. IBC Table 602 <br />�_- ��✓6. Access from the pubiic sidewalk and the public alley to the entry of each unit should be <br />shown to meet the requirements for stairs, ramps, and handrails, p�r the IBC <br />requirements for F-3 egress to the public way, per IBC section 1027.5. <br />a. Please dimension the stair treads and show a section oF the dimensioned risers <br />and handrails for the building access to units on the floor plans. The maximum <br />riser height is 7 3/4".
