An inspection of the garage on this property was conducted on May 13, 1999 and it was r.oted that it has been converted into a dwelling. Although such a conversion might be an allowed use under the terms of Section 19.12.010 of the Everett Municipal Code, you must first comply with all zoning requirements for such a use through the use permit process. Our rccurds indicate that you have neither applied for a use permit, nor have you certified that the st-ucture has been used as a dwelling since prior to 1956. To bring this property into comptiance wit6 City of Everett zoning laws, you must complete the following corrective action no Ixter than June 14,1999: (1) Complete an application for a use permit, or (2) Certify that the structure has been used as a dwelling since prior to 1956, or (3) Return the structure to its intended use as a garage.
