August 18, 1999 <br />Mr. Dean Peterson <br />Ms. Vera Peterson <br />616 Marine View Drive NW <br />Marysville, WA 98271 <br />� <br />Code <br />VIOLATION CITATION <br />Dear Mr. Peterson and Mrs. Peterson: <br />Case No. 599-99 <br />(��C������; <br />1iU AUG 2 01999 <br />^trv_n <br />VIA CERTIFIED MAIL <br />RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED <br />During inspections on May 13, 1999 and August 13, 1999 of your property located at <br />3128 Grand Avenue, Everett, Washington ("subject property"), it was noted that the <br />current use of your property is in violation of the City of Everett Zoning Code and subject <br />to enforcement under Chapters 19.41 and.1.20 of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />I. Descriotioa of Violation <br />Although a conversion of the accessory building on the subject property, located in the R- <br />3 Multi-Family Medium Density zone, might be an allowed use under the City of Everett <br />Zoning Code, all zoning requiremeuts for such a use must be complied with t}uough the <br />use permit process. As of July 14, 1999 there was no indication that you had filed a use <br />permit application with the Ciry. An inspection on August 13, 1999 made it apparent that <br />the garage is still being occupied. <br />II. Corrective Action Reauired <br />To elimioate this violation, you must terminete the curreot illegal use of the subject <br />property. To accomplish this, you must: <br />(A) Obtain a nse permih, or <br />(B) Certity that t6e structure has been used xs a dwelling since prior to 1956; or <br />(C) Refurn the structure to its intended use as a garage. <br />Corrective AcHon must be fully completed on or before September 27,1999.
