In June you requested the water be turned on <br />so the house could be cleaned and repairs made. The City granted <br />your request. <br />On October 4, 1979, the caater was turned off due to the required <br />repairs not having been completed. Once again you reauested the <br />water turned on and you were advised that only when all necessary <br />repairs and work were completed and a Clearance for Jccupancy was <br />submitted from this office, would the wat-er be turned on. <br />On November 6, 1979, I received a call from Rick Strausburg re- <br />y�esting an inspection of the structure. My rep��rt of the inspec- <br />tion is as follows: <br />1. You had leased the house to a couple aid thep were living <br />in it. <br />.t <br />i� <br />This was done without a Clearance for Occupancy <br />fror� this Department. <br />The couple was living in the structure without <br />sanitary facilities sinc� November 1, 1979. <br />0 <br />� _1 <br />
