The garbage had been on the property for some time <br />as it was noted on previous inspections. <br />3. New plumbing and nlumbinq fixtures had been installed <br />in the kitchen and bathroom. This was done without <br />the necessary permits required for this work. <br />4. �lectrical outlets in the structure were not grounded. <br />5. Wall heater in the bedroom was not properly secured to <br />the wall. <br />C: <br />7. <br />0 <br />There is no ventilation in the bathroom. <br />Newly installed bathtiib in the bathroom is not enclosed. <br />There are several holes in the wall surfaces that require <br />renair. <br />9. Electrical wires connected to outlets in the area of <br />the kitchen sin:c are exposed creatirg a hazardous <br />situation. <br />10. Steps leading to the main entrance must have a guardrail. <br />11. Supports for the front steps are deteriorated, rotted <br />and require replacement. <br />12. The closed-in railing at the too of the front str.ps is <br />deteriorated and loose. <br />13. Cross bracing for the porch is not properly attached <br />creating a lack of support for the porch. <br />14. There is a considerable amount of wood rot �ahere wood <br />is in contact with the earth.
