RESOLUTION NO. 5106 <br /> A Resolution Amending the City of Everett <br /> 2002 to 2007 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council adopted the 2002 to 2007 Six Year Transportation <br /> Improvement Program on June 27, 2001; and <br /> WHEREAS, the SR 525 Corridor Projects,that are included in the City's 2001-2006 Six <br /> Year Transportation Improvement Program, were unintentionally omitted from the 2002- <br /> 2007 T.I.P. adopted on June 27, 2001. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council hereby amends <br /> the 2002 to 2007 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program by the addition of the <br /> SR 525 Corridor projects, as depicted on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> COUNCILMEMBER INTRODUCING RESOLUTION <br /> Passed and Approved this 26th day of September , 2001. <br /> CITY COUNCIL PRES[ ENT <br />
