As a better use of resources, Everett Police Department will allow <br /> Naval Station Everett to use a BAC machine located at Everett Police Department Headquarters, 3002 <br /> Wetmore Avenue, Everett, WA. for investigating moving violations involving alcohol onboard Naval Station <br /> Everett. Everett Police will also provide ad hoc training to Naval Station Everett personnel on the use of the <br /> Facility. Requests by either party to revise, modify or cancel the Agreement will be forwarded by written <br /> notice to the other party in a timely manner, so that both parties agree to the proposed change at least sixty <br /> (60) days prior to its effective date,unless mutually agreeable. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign the Memorandum of Understanding <br /> between Everett Police Department and Naval Station Everett to allow use of the Blood-Alcohol Machine <br /> (BAC)by Naval Station Everett Personnel. <br /> _ ' 18 <br />
