As a better use of resources, Everett Police Department will allow Naval Station Everett to use a BAC machine located at Everett Police Department Headquarters, 3002 Wetmore Avenue, Everett, WA. for investigating moving violations involving alcohol onboard Naval Station Everett. Everett Police will also provide ad hoc training to Naval Station Everett personnel on the use of the Facility. Requests by either party to revise, modify or cancel the Agreement will be forwarded by written notice to the other party in a timely manner, so that both parties agree to the proposed change at least sixty (60) days prior to its effective date,unless mutually agreeable. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between Everett Police Department and Naval Station Everett to allow use of the Blood-Alcohol Machine (BAC)by Naval Station Everett Personnel. _ ' 18
