In order to ensure <br />adequate visitor parking, Children's operates an off-site employee parking lot, with shuttle services to the hospital. <br />Decisions about parking lot assignments are based on: <br />Shift: Priority for on -campus parking is given to employees who work evening or night shifts. <br />Seniority: How long a person has worked for Children's. <br />• Special consideration will be given to staff who use an alternate commute mode at least 60 percent of their <br />schedule. <br />We respect and acknowledge both the work efforts and schedules of all staff.
