EMC Chapter. <br />2:96:050 : (B)(1) requires that: in itsdesignation_ decision, ".the. conimissiAn shall ,consider the <br />Everett historic resource survey and the Everett- comprehensive. plan." <br />We recognize that the .Historieal`Commissioh will be' considering the Medical Center's request' in. <br />relation to itscomprehensive pian -amendment request. We also. recognize that a Waiver allowing <br />demolition -of structures may be recommended` for.approvaLl with conditions by the Commission.
