f- The new trips to the CC/MOB would be better suited traveling on Broadway than
through a neighborhood. In addition, the future development plans and their related traffic
increases has not been designated, and nor have any plans been approved by the city.
g- Proposed measures to reduce or control transportation impacts should include moving
the CC/MOB to Broadway. We understand that future expansion of acute care services will
result in an increase in traffic which is unavoidable. The traffic related to the outpatient
CC/MOB is not unavoidable it can easily be redirected to a city street equipped to handle
the volume of an additional 1433 daily trips.
The Donovan neighborhood group is committed to working with PEMC and the City of
Everett to identify alternatives that will save this community treasure and with creative
design and appropriate expertise, we believe that PEMC can continue to serve as a
community asset without demolishing the cultural heritage of Everett Thank you for this
opportunity to comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the PEMC
rezone application.
Sincerely,
Hilary Anne .ager
1321 Lombard Ave
hdaryannehager@yahoo.com
[04
J e Wohl
1325 Lombard Ave
tworedthumb@aol.com
Na Hecht
133 Lombard Ave
njhecht@aoLcom
