4 <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO EN I'BR PROPERTY <br /> I, James Flippin, am the owner of the dwelling at 3310 Rucker Avenue, Everett, Washington. <br /> I hereby authorize the city to request bids for abatement of nuisances found by the Hearing Examiner on <br /> January 20, 2005. I also authorize the city to request bids for the construction of a door jamb for the front door <br /> facing Rucker Avenue. <br /> I also authorize representatives of the City of Everett, and employees of the companies bidding on the <br /> abatement and construction to enter the property and go inside the dwelling at 3310 Rucker Avenue for the <br /> purpose of surveying the nuisance conditions. <br /> I acknowledge that at the present time the dwelling at 3310 Rucker Avenue is unlocked. And I authorize the <br /> City of Everett to cause the front door facing Rucker Avenue to be secured. <br /> I also hold the City of Everett harmless regarding the condition of personal property which remains in the <br /> structure. <br /> Because I have left the dwelling unsecured and do not know what personal property remains within the <br /> structure, I hold the City of Everett harmless regarding the existence of any personal property within the <br /> dwelling at 3310 Rucker Avenue. <br /> NU ii <br /> J es Flippin <br /> March 3, 2005 <br /> Witness to signature: <br /> 7 <br /> -- .I/ its• .
