• <br /> erZah <br /> FETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5094 <br /> A Resolution amending the design guidelines used for the <br /> design and review of single family attached and multiple <br /> family residential development to provide consistency <br /> with the City's Local Project Review Procedures Ordinance, <br /> amending Section C of Exhibit A of Resolution No. 4618 <br /> WHEREAS, the City adopted interim permit review processes for land use permits <br /> through the adoption of Ordinance No. 2136-96; and <br /> WHEREAS, through the adoption of the City's Local Project Review Procedures <br /> Ordinance, the City has incorporated the interim regulations into the Local Project <br /> Review Procedures Ordinance which is intended to be a master procedural ordinance for <br /> land use applications within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intent of this ordinance to make the necessary revisions to the <br /> design guidelines used for the design and review of single family attached and multiple <br /> family residential development standards as set forth in Resolution No. 4618 in order to <br /> be consistent with the provisions of the City's Local Project Review Procedures <br /> Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds: <br /> 1. The amendment is consistent with the applicable provisions of the Everett general <br /> plan; and <br /> 2. The amendment bears a substantial relation to public health, safety or welfare; <br /> and <br /> 3. The amendment promotes the best long term interests of the Everett community; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> SECTION 1: That Section C of Exhibit A of Resolution No. 4618 which reads in part as <br /> follows: <br /> C. Review Process. The Planning Department will administratively review projects for <br /> compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Code. The City requires an applicant to <br /> submit plans for a pre-application review prior to formal submittal in order to provide <br /> advice concerning various City requirements. This process will also be used to provide <br /> information and suggestions to the applicant concerning compliance with Zoning Code <br /> standards and these design guidelines. The guidelines contained herein will also be used <br />
