• <br /> 4. That the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department acknowledges that they must <br /> support all non-cash commitments to the local share should they not materialize. <br /> 5. That the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department acknowledges that any <br /> property acquired or facility developed with Urban Park and Recreation Recovery <br /> (UPARR) financial aid must be placed in use as an outdoor recreation facility area. <br /> 6. That the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department acknowledges that the <br /> property be retained in such use in perpetuity, unless otherwise provided and agreed to <br /> by City of Everett Parks and Recreation, National Park Service, and any affected State or <br /> Federal agency. <br /> Section 2: City Council further acknowledges: <br /> 1. That this resolution become a part of the formal application to National Park Service, <br /> Urban Park and Recreation Recovery (UPARR). <br /> 2. That the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department provided appropriate <br /> opportunity for public comment on this application. <br /> 3. That the Council supports the City's pursuit of grant funding to help build the proposed <br /> Wiggums Hollow Park improvements. <br /> 4.
