OPmAm <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> REGARDING YEAR 2001 ASSESSMENT FOR <br /> DOWNTOWN EVERETT BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT <br /> AREA(BIA) <br /> TO: Owners and Reputed Owner of Real Property and Buildings within the area <br /> encompassed by the Downtown Everett Business Improvement Area(BIA) also referred <br /> to as the downtown Everett Business Improvement Area No. 1. <br /> FROM: City of Everett <br /> SUBJECT: Hearing by City Council to consider and adopt an Ordinance Approving <br /> Proposed Budget of the Downtown Everett Business Improvement Area, and Levying <br /> Annual Special Assessments upon Buildings and other Real Property (and Owners <br /> thereof) for Collection during the year 2001. <br /> HEARING DATE: December 4,2000. <br /> HEARING TIME: 8:30 AM <br /> HEARING PLACE: Everett City Council Chambers, City Hall,3002 Wetmore <br /> Avenue, Everett,Washington. <br /> As more fully stated in Resolution No. 4980 (copy attached) the Everett City <br /> Council shall hold a hearing on December 4, 2000 at 8:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as <br /> the Council may begin. At the hearing, comment will be received by the City Council to <br /> assist it in its deliberations for consideration and adoption by ordinance, of the proposed <br /> budget and the City Council's levying the annual special assessments upon buildings and <br /> other real property(and the owners thereof) in the Downtown Everett Business <br /> Improvement Area for collection in 2001 (copies attached). <br />
