J v / . . r AMENDMENT NO. 14 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF EVERETT AND HDR ENGINEERING,INC. The City and HDR Engineering, Inc. agree to amend and modify their professional services agreement dated June 14, 1999, (the"Agreement") as follows: WHEREAS, HDR Engineering, Inc. and the City entered into an Agreement dated June 14, 1999 to provide engineering services for the 41s` Street Overcrossing Project; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on March 23, 2000, to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 6, 2000, to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 27, 2000 to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on August 31, 2001 to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on September 11, 2001 to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on July 17, 2002 to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 11, 2002 to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on February 20, 2003 to extend the time for completion of those services; and Page 1of2 23
