5 <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on September 26, 2003 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 23, 2003 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, and to increase the total compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on April 15, 2004 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, and to increase the total compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on August 25, 2004 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on December 27, 2004 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, and to increase the total compensation; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and HDR Engineering, Inc. agree to amend and modify <br /> the previously amended Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Completion Date is amended to read June 1, 2006. <br /> 2.
