' 4 <br /> 7 <br /> 6. Duties of the County. <br /> 6.1 Services. The County shall fund an approximate 0.49 FTE Deputy <br /> Prosecuting Attorney position. This position will be responsible for maintaining a felony level <br /> domestic violence unit that will review, evaluate and prosecute domestic violence crimes. The <br /> Deputy Prosecuting Attorney shall provide review, evaluation and/or prosecution for cases <br /> involving female victims of domestic violence, age 18 and older. This position will also develop <br /> expertise and be available to consult with and train prosecutors, victims' services and law <br /> enforcement personnel serving Snohomish County. <br /> • 6.2 Reporting. The County shall report on a form provided by or approved by <br /> the City which describes work undertaken since the previous reporting period and indicates the <br /> progress made on the work program described in paragraph 6.1 above. The schedule for <br /> submitting reports is: January 10, 2002;April 10, 2002; July 10, 2002; and a final report due on <br /> October 7, 2002. <br /> 6.3 Grant Match. The County shall provide a local cash match in the amount <br /> of at least$13, 203 (calculated at 0.333%) as partial payment of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney <br /> salary and benefits. <br /> 6.4 Acknowledgement of Federal Funds. Grant funds are <br /> administered by the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Washington State Office of <br /> Community Development. <br /> 7. Duties of the City. The City shall reimburse the County for costs incurred during <br /> the contract period in an amount not to exceed$39,649.00, and in accordance with the <br /> reimbursement provisions below. This included administrative costs of approximately $1,500. <br /> 8. Reimbursement Provisions. <br /> 8.1 Funds will be disbursed on a reimbursement basis to the County for the <br /> costs incurred for work performed during the reporting period. <br /> 8.2 In order to obtain reimbursement, the County shall submit a monthly <br /> invoice on a form to be provided by the City, which identifies the costs incurred for work <br /> performed since the previous invoice was submitted.
