9 <br /> 4. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated upon the mutual <br /> agreement of the parties, upon 30 days notice in the event of failure of grand <br /> funding, or as provided elsewhere in the Agreement. <br /> 5. Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only upon <br /> written agreement of the parties, executed in the same manner as provided by <br /> law for the execution of this Agreement. <br /> 6. Duties of the Contractor. <br /> 6.1 Services. The Contractor shall serve as a Victims Services <br /> sub-contractor throughout the STOP Grant project. The Contractor shall <br /> maintain legal advocacy program director position for at least .6 FTE; continue <br /> development of interagency policies and procedures for coordinated community <br /> response and referrals; conduct one or more jointly lead support groups with the <br /> Providence Sexual Assault Center; continue development of written reciprocal <br /> policies and procedures for cross-referral of clients with the Providence Sexual <br /> Assault Center; and coordinate activities with the STOP Underserved <br /> Populations Grant, if awarded. The Contractor shall work in cooperation with the <br /> City and the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in carrying out its <br /> responsibilities under STOP GRANT No. 2002-WF-BX-0022 and 2003-WF-BX- <br /> 0203. <br /> 6.2 Reporting. The Contractor shall report on a form provided <br /> by or approved by the City which describes work undertaken since the previous <br /> reporting period and indicates the progress made on the work program described <br /> in paragraph 6.1 above. The schedule for submitting reports is: January 13, <br /> 2006 and October 13, 2006. <br /> 6.3 Acknowledgement of Federal Funds. The Contractor agrees <br /> that any publications (written, visual or sound) but excluding press releases, <br /> newsletters and issue analyses, issued by the County describing programs or <br /> projects funded in whole or in part with funds under the Agreement shall contain <br /> the following statements: <br /> The project was supported by Grant No. 2002-WF-BX-0022 and <br /> 2003-WF-BX-0203 awarded by the Violence Against Women Grants <br /> Office, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. <br /> Points of view in the document are those of the author and do not <br /> necessarily represent the official position or policies of the U.S. <br /> Department of Justice.
